Acceptable use

Contextt is a document intelligence service. You agree to use it lawfully and not to upload content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or violates the rights of others.

Account and tenancy

Your account is governed by the tenancy model: every action you take occurs in the context of a tenant. You are responsible for managing your tenant memberships and for the actions of users you invite to your tenant.

Subscription and billing

Subscription terms, prices, and renewal cadence will be specified at point of sale. Test-mode usage during development is not billable.

Service availability

Service level commitments scale with subscription tier and are documented separately. The free tier is best-effort.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Contextt's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be communicated to active users with at least thirty days' notice.
